Sharing can be disabled later. The original will remain in your account, but new users will no longer find it in the gallery.
What you will learn
- Disable the public availability of your custom template.
- Distinguish unsharing from deleting.
- Understand what happens to previously created copies.
Step-by-step procedure
- In your account, find the card of your shared template.
- In the card's actions, select the option to Unshare.
- After confirming, check that the card is no longer marked as shared.
- If needed, open the gallery and verify that the template can no longer be newly acquired.
What unsharing does
It disables the availability of the original for new imports from the gallery. Your rows, modules, settings, skins, and work history will not be deleted. You can continue to edit the template privately, export it, share it again, or delete it later.
Unsharing is not a remote revocation of previously created copies. If another user created their own copy earlier, that copy belongs to their account and remains with them. It is independent of the original, and the application does not retroactively delete or modify it.
Do not confuse two different actions
Unshare only hides the offer in the gallery. Delete removes your template and its history without a trash bin. If you only want to withdraw the design from the gallery, use unsharing.
