Completed generation is the beginning of review, not the final step. AI has created a new safe framework that needs to be reviewed as a layout intended for manual fine-tuning.
What you will learn
- Perform an initial review of structure and modules.
- Verify desktop, tablet, and mobile previews.
- Distinguish sample content from real Joomla data.
- Prepare a safe workflow for further modifications.
Look first, edit later
Upon success, the new template opens in the editor. Walk through the canvas from top to bottom and observe which rows, positions, and modules AI used. You don't need to understand every label. Ask yourself whether each section has a clear role and if visitors can easily identify the main content.
Sample texts, cards, products, or images are not final website content. They serve to assess visual appearance. Furthermore, images are not included in the export package, and the resulting template uses placeholders instead.

Initial review step by step
- Review Preview. Check the overall page flow without editing controls. Links and forms remain inactive in the safe preview.
- Switch devices. Verify desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Pay special attention to column ordering, text width, and visibility of key modules.
- Try sample pages. The switcher only changes the safe sample inside the componentbox, but it reveals whether shared styles work beyond the homepage sample.
- Open Grid and Layers. Check the structure of rows and modules. Remove unnecessary parts only after understanding their function.
- Fine-tune Global Styles. Adjust shared colors and fonts first, then individual elements. This prevents repeating the same changes multiple times.
- Wait for save. The editor automatically saves approximately 600 ms after a change. Verify the autosave status before leaving.
Start with structure and responsiveness, move on to global typography and colors, and only then fine-tune shadows, borders, and minor paddings. If you tweak details first and change the layout later, you will have to redo part of your work.
Therefore, perform further adjustments to the finished AI template using standard editor tools.
Break changes down into small batches
List three concise groups: structure, global appearance, and module details. In a single session, fix section ordering and responsive widths first, wait for autosave, and only then update the color palette.
If you want to try a radically different variation, do not rely on history after closing the editor. Create an independent copy of the template in your account and experiment on it. That way, the AI result remains intact as your reference baseline.
The quality result score may not be displayed
The server system may return a score and warning notes about weaker areas, but the current user interface proceeds directly into the editor upon success. Thus, the absence of a report does not mean manual visual inspection isn't required.
